In 2022, York-Seaway offered a 25% match up to 6% of an employee’s contribution. Currently, we are doing a 50% match! We hope to keep it at 50% or increase it as our sales grow.
York-Seaway’s health insurance is UPMC Inside Advantage (EPO). There is a deductible ($1,250), but coverage is free for employees. In addition, York-Seaway will pay 50% of the monthly premium for spouses and children.

$35,000 coverage at no cost. Additional coverage is available at Employee’s expense.
Short Term Disability (STD)
York-Seaway pays 60% of wages up to a maximum of $500 per week for 13 weeks. See HR for complete rules and criteria.
Plans are available to anyone who wishes to sign up at their expense.
The $2,100 Sign On Bonus is paid out during the first six months of employment. At the end of the bonus period, employees are reviewed for a salary increase and earn two days of paid vacation time.
