Our welding and fabrication capabilities range from structural frames with water tanks and material hoppers to small TIG welded assemblies. Our welders are certified to ASME Section IX for MIG, TIG and Fluxcore for carbon, stainless steel and aluminum alloys. Our weld engineer is available for consultation on particular projects requiring special welding applications. We are also certified to the European PED standard for natural gas housing applications. Certifications are provided as required to meet the requirements of ASME and AWS standards.

This unit was built for our customer that designs steel mill components. It was processed entirely in our facility which included machining, fabrication, hydraulic assembly and paint and delivered to the customer in 5 weeks.
