York-Seaway has the capability to assemble and test industrial control systems. We have a clean room environment that our experienced electronic technicians perform the assembly and test procedures. We can build mechanical, PLC operated and retrofit these type of control systems Our PLC experience is primarily with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, ABB, Lenze, Turck, and drive systems along with Fanuc and Siemens controls, DC power supplies and motor controls in 110/208/240/480/575 voltages as required. We can develop test procedures for the equipment being produced or setup internal processes to test based upon specific engineering defined testing from your company. All units are produced to meet the defined National Electric Code and UL standards. Our production size can be setup to build a single custom control system or a production quantity as required to meet your needs.
