York-Seaway has been in business for more than 30 years. During this time, the business has grown and expanded our manufacturing shop from a 2,400 sq. ft. building into our newly acquired 288,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility located on 39 acres. We are positioned for continued growth and expansion. We are firmly committed to supplying high quality custom manufactured components and assemblies. Customers expect a high level of commitment and partnering from their suppliers, and it is our goal to consistently meet or exceed their expectation of what we produce for them.

York-Seaway manufacturing processes cover a broad range of products; from small specialty parts, to large shafts, gear rings and working assemblies. Initially, we were involved with small lot production runs, parts duplication and custom manufacturing of machined components. With our wide range of CNC and manual machines, we now run medium size production lots on three shifts.

As customers eliminate old pattern equipment, casting dies and molds, they continue to receive requests for small quantities of replacement parts. We are able to reproduce most of these items through re-engineering or reverse engineering and while maintaining a competitive price within the marketplace. The parts duplication is done in our Engineering Department and we have the abilitiy to create 3D solid models. We can also conduct in depth engineering analysis with FEA software to confirm the new design meets or exceeds the demand of the application. New drawings are created, we launch the production process and our customers now can re-market their items without investing in expensive tooling.
